Before the formal freight request, you must confirm that the declared dimensions, weight and goods details match the actual shipment.

1. Any re-measurement or re-weighing by the carrier, warehouse or service partner may be used for final settlement.

2. If incorrect or incomplete information causes surcharges, return freight, waiting time, reloading or other extra costs, we may recover those amounts in accordance with the AGB.

3. For evidence preservation we store, among other things, quote and order data, the acceptance timestamp, the customer account, technical access data and later communication.
