General terms and conditions of Depha GmbH for SendLabel.
1. Provider
Depha GmbH, Steinriedendamm 15, Halle 1, Eingang 1, 38108 Braunschweig, Local Court Braunschweig HRB 203187, VAT ID: DE275113400, EORI: DE1536699.

2. Description of Services
SendLabel is an online platform for booking shipping services, in particular label creation/shipping release and the provision of documents such as labels, QR codes and invoices.
The contractual partner and seller of the booked shipping service is Depha GmbH. Physical transportation is performed by carriers or shipping service providers commissioned by us, such as DHL Paket, Deutsche Post International or DPD.
The scope of services is determined by the service features shown during checkout, such as product, weight/size, destination area and additional services.
3. Formation of Contract
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected shipping service.
The contract is concluded once payment is successful and we accept the order or provide the label/tracking information.
4. Customer Obligations / Input Data
You must provide all shipment data completely and correctly, especially recipient address, dimensions/weight and, for international shipments, customs data.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery issues, returns, surcharges or delays.
You must not ship prohibited or restricted contents. The applicable carrier rules and prohibition lists as well as statutory provisions apply, including dangerous goods, weapons, narcotics, perishable goods or cash.
For international shipments, you are responsible for the accuracy of customs declarations and for ensuring that the shipment may be imported into the destination country. Import duties, taxes, fees and official charges are generally borne by you or the recipient unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Prices, Fees and Surcharges
The prices displayed at checkout at the time of ordering apply. Additional surcharges may arise depending on the carrier, for example due to oversize, overweight, address problems, returns or carrier-side adjustments.
If surcharges arise retrospectively, we may block the shipment until the required balance (surcharge) has been paid and only allow a new label to be created after settlement.
Where surcharges are charged retrospectively by the carrier, we usually inform you electronically. The amount is due within 7 days after notification. If payment is not made, we may suspend processing or terminate the contract; costs already incurred remain unaffected.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout, such as Stripe.
7. Changes / Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled and recreated free of charge until 16:00 on the day of creation, provided that technical cancellation with the carrier is possible.
After the label has been created and/or the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is generally no longer possible.
8. Refunds
In the event of a refund, payment service provider fees are not refunded. Reimbursement therefore only covers the amount less the fees already incurred.
For international shipments or official measures such as customs action, delays, returns or additional costs may arise that are outside our control. In such cases, refunds are only possible in accordance with applicable law and any reimbursement or relief granted by the carrier.
9. Liability / Availability
We are liable in accordance with statutory law for intent and gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Transportation services are additionally subject to transport law and the applicable conditions of the commissioned carrier. We support you in asserting claims against the carrier where necessary and reasonable.
We strive to keep the platform highly available. Maintenance work, security updates and disruptions outside our control may lead to outages.
10. Complaints / Damage Reports
Obvious issues such as address errors must be reported to us without undue delay. Damage or loss should be reported as early as possible after receipt or discovery, as carriers often impose deadlines and evidence requirements such as photos, item descriptions and proof of value.
11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
If any individual provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
