Track A Shipment Number
Customers can enter DHL, UPS, or other tracking numbers here. If they do not confirm the carrier, the system uses fuzzy detection first.
You can paste mixed text with a carrier name. The system extracts the most likely tracking number automatically.
Usage notes
Tracking numbers that were not created by our own system are still accepted here.
If the customer already knows the carrier, manual selection improves detection accuracy.
For DHL, this page tries to show status and event details directly whenever possible.
