DHL Kleinpaket is suitable for domestic Germany shipments up to 1 kg, especially small parcels that fit lightweight shipping scenarios.
If the shipment exceeds 1 kg or does not fit the Kleinpaket rules, use DHL Paket instead.
How to create labels
Choose DHL Kleinpaket on the shipment page. The system restricts the destination to Germany and blocks submissions above 1 kg.
An independent Kleinpaket billing number is required in admin settings, while label creation still runs through the DHL Parcel DE Shipping API.
